Auto Hunters - Used Car & Spare Parts Sourcing Platform
About the project
Auto Hunters is an internal web application designed to support the sourcing of used cars. The product was created to simplify daily operational tasks and centralize key business processes within a single workspace.
Problems
As the company scaled and order volume increased, operational data became fragmented across multiple spreadsheets and tools. This reduced process transparency and made it difficult to track the relevance and status of information. Additionally, employees were required to use several external platforms to verify car and spare part details, manually transferring this data back into internal spreadsheets. This slowed down workflows and increased the risk of errors.
Solutions
We designed an application that centralized the company’s core infrastructure and operational data in one place. The platform includes an integrated search for used cars and spare parts, aggregating data from the primary external services the company works with. Instead of switching between multiple tools, relevant information is automatically pulled into the system alongside each car or spare part. Adding items to inventory was simplified to a single action, while still allowing users to enrich records with additional details when needed. The system analyzes vehicle damage and recommends suitable spare parts, helping teams make faster sourcing decisions. This approach significantly reduced manual work and improved data consistency across the workflow.
